Mission Statement

H.E.R. Doula Services' purpose is to provide support, educate and inspire new parents!




H.E.R. Doula Services offer birth doula services, postpartum doula services and lactation support.

Postpartum Doula Services

  • Help with general newborn care
  • Help with postpartum recovery and adjustment with new baby

  • Light housecleaning/cooking and organizing services

  • Daytime and nighttime support


Lactation Support

  • Help with breastfeeding/chest feeding, pumping, and bottle feeding
  • Support parents with equipment and techniques to help baby with successful feeding


Birth Doula Services

  •   1-2 prenatal visits: Discuss birth plan and birth process

  • During labor: support through labor and 1-2 hours after birth

  • 24/7 phone/text/email support

  • 1 (1-2 hour) postpartum, visit: visit after baby is born to check in and help with any questions parents may have
